Metodo Java Character isAlphabetic()

Il metodo isAlphabetic(intcodePoint) della classe Character determina se il carattere specificato è un alfabeto o meno.

Un carattere è considerato un alfabeto se ha le seguenti caratteristiche:

  • LETTERA MAIUSCOLA
  • LETTERA MINUSCOLA
  • TITLECASE_LETTER
  • LETTERA_MODIFICATORE
  • ALTRA_LETTERA
  • LETTERA_NUMBER o
  • Altri alfabeti definiti dallo standard Unicode.

Parametro

codePoint : È il carattere da mettere alla prova.

Valore di ritorno

Il metodo isAlphabetic(intcodePoint) restituisce true se il carattere è un carattere dell'alfabeto Unicode. Altrimenti, questo metodo restituisce false.
